Pricing via Airbnb will be $295 per night. Through our website for our friends and family we’ll be offering the house at $250 per night. We can extend even deeper discounting during the off peak season. This does not include holiday weeks, please contact us separately for pricing for those weeks.

There is a 3 night minimum, and the pricing does not include a $150 per stay cleaning fee. One week stays will be further discounted to $1500, essentially a free night.
