We have two brand new Sea Doo Spark jet skis available for rent. These are two seater models and are both fast and fun. You will need to sign a waiver, fulfill the NC Wildlife requirements (see below) and watch the training videos below. Please travel slowly while entering and exiting our cove. We ask that you consider it a no wake zone as to be courteous to our neighbors.Â
The Jet Skis are $400 a day or $1200 for the week (for the pair)

We also have a 2002 San Pan 24 foot pontoon that is available to rent for friends and family as well. The boat has a 115 horse Yamaha 4-stroke engine with ample seating, a Bluetooth stereo, and can pull a two person tube. You will need to sign a waiver, fulfill the NC Wildlife requirements (see below) and watch the training video here. Please travel slowly while entering and exiting our cove. We ask that you consider it a no wake zone as to be courteous to our neighbors.
The pontoon is $250 a day or $800 for the week.
(Pontoon rentals are $525 a day from the marina)
Both the Jet skis and the pontoon will be full of gas upon pick up and will need to be returned that way.
Age and Operator Restrictions for watercraft’s:
A person younger than 14 years old may not operate a PWC (Personal Water Craft) legally.
A person 14 or 15 years old may operate a PWC only if:
- He or she is accompanied on board the PWC by a person who is at least 18 years old and who is in compliance with the requirements for operating a vessel or…
- He or she has on his or her person identification showing proof of age and a boating certification card showing proof of passing a boating safety course approved by NASBLA and accepted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission or…
- He or she has on his or her person identification showing proof of age and proof of other boating safety education in compliance with state laws.
- U.S. COAST GUARD APPROVED LIFE VESTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON A PERSONAL WATER CRAFT (PWC)
- IT IS ILLEGAL TO OPERATE A PWC BETWEEN THE HOURS OF SUNSET AND SUNRISE ~ You can check the sunset and sunrise times for any day of the year on your phone with the app LunaSolCal
- NO TOWING IS ALLOWED WITH OUR JET SKIS
- THE LANYARD ENGINE CUT-OFF SWITCH MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE OPERATOR AT ALL TIMES WHILE THE PWC IS BEING OPERATED
- ALL OPERATORS AND RIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM
- Wet suit bottoms are highly recommended not only by the manufacture but also our insurance carrier
- NOT ALLOWED: No towing; No unauthorized drivers or riders; No wake jumping; Do Not operate in shallow water or beach the PWC; Do Not operate the PWC while under the influence of drugs or alcohol!
- Stay at least 100 feet from other boats, jet skis, docks, swimmers or any other objects in the water.
- Renters are responsible for all damages and replacement cost of rental equipment, life jackets, dry boxes and any other accessories that are provided by laketilleryhouse.com A deposit maybe required at the time of reservation/rental.
Anyone 16 years old or older and born on or after January 1, 1988, may operate a PWC with a motor of 10 hp or greater only if he or she is in compliance with the requirements for operating a vessel.
Enforcement
North Carolina law enforcement officers patrol the waterways to make your boating experience safe and pleasant. Cooperate with them by following the laws and guidelines.
Carry the Card: Vessel operators who are required to have a Boater Education Card must carry the card on board the vessel and have it available for inspection by an enforcement officer.
